Disability forum

1-2pm: Lee Poole, National Business Development Manager at Remploy

Prior to the forum meeting, Lee Poole (National Business Development Manager at Remploy) will offer a talk about the transition from HE into the world of work, the type of assessments and services offered by Remploy under their Access to Work scheme, and an exploration of how this works in practice. All forum members are encouraged to join this session.

2-4pm: Disability forum meeting

The forum meeting itself will feature:

• •  a discussion about a potential forum output: a careers/post-HE transition event for disabled learners currently in HE; and
• •  planning for the next University Information Day for Disabled and Dyslexic Learners in November 2018.

Please see a draft agenda and the minutes from the previous meeting. A final agenda, meeting venue and any papers will be a sent a week in advance of the meeting to all registered attendees.
