Programme filling up for Looked After Children event

October 12, 2016

The programme is filling up for the Life After University event we are running on 16 November. Confirmed speakers include representatives from the National Care Leavers’ Association and Working Chance, who will be covering issues such as the world of work and options for the future. Attendees will also have the opportunity to take part in money skills and mental health workshops led by Barclays Life Skills and Brunel University London’s Counselling Service.

The event, which is being run as part of the AccessHE Looked After Children forum, is aimed at current HE students from care experienced backgrounds who are thinking about life after graduation.
