You are due to take part in a programme called Hackney Young Lecturers. AccessHE runs this programme as part of a larger project, Uni Connect, that helps students to make informed choices about potential routes into higher education.
We collect information about individuals who participate in the Uni Connect events and activities we deliver. We do this for the purposes of monitoring, evaluating and reporting on whether our Uni Connect activities increase progression to higher education amongst certain cohorts. The data we collect also enables us to improve the events and activities. We collect this data under the legal basis ‘Legitimate Interest’ as set out in GDPR under article 6(1)f. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
We ask for your parent/carer contact details so that we may contact them in the event of an emergency. We collect, store, use and disclose this data only in order to effectively run the Hackney Young Lecturers project and not for any other purpose.
