AccessHE welcomes The University of Law to its membership

April 27, 2017

This month we are really pleased to welcome The University of Law as our newest member – they also recently became a London Higher Partner. The University is the UK’s longest-established specialist provider of legal education, proudly focused on employability and supporting widening access to the legal profession.

The University have already signed up to most of our action forums and expressed interest in some of our collaborative projects with schools, colleges and other HEIs to enhance their outreach work.

Commenting on joining AccessHE, Sandie Gaines (Centre Director, London Bloomsbury) commented, “The University of Law is delighted to join AccessHE and a number of our staff members from our senior management, academic and student support teams will be participating in the various forums. In particular, we look forward to sharing good student support, pedagogical and management practice with other AccessHE members and forging links with the local HE community.

We look forward to welcoming Sandie and her colleagues to future meetings. AccessHE is all about helping to ensure that learners in London are better informed about all the different choices higher education in London has to offer. We are excited that having The University of Law on board will add real value to this work.
