Development of pilot interventions with BAME students

March 22, 2016

Now the focus group phase of this project is almost complete. AccessHE and the Prepare to Succeed partners met yesterday to discuss phase 2.

AccessHE will lead work with a smaller group of up to 10 Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) students at each HEI to develop a pilot IAG project based on the focus group work in phase 1; 8 projects will be developed. The students will be supported to take ownership of the project in the design and delivery phase working with institutional widening participation staff, colleagues in institutions with responsibility for retention/success/teaching and learning and AccessHE.
