Coalition building: developing and managing strong relationships
This workshop will guide participants through creating a strategy to secure buy-in for their initiatives, build team and organisational alignment around key priorities, identify key influencers, and cultivate strong relationships to become effective advocates for themselves and their work.

This meeting of the AccessHE Practitioner Programme will take place on Tuesday 11 November, from 10:00-12:00. It will be held in person at a central London venue tbc.

This event is part of the Skills for Success stream of the AccessHE Practitioner Programme.
