Evidence & Evaluation Forum

This event is now over, you will find a summary below.

Following the close of the consultation period on the Green Paper, published in November 2015, the forum discussed their thoughts on the potential benefits to improving access if additional data was made available. During the discussion colleagues looked at some of the formal published responses available at http://wonkhe.com/blogs/green-paper-responses/, including the responses of the Office for Fair Access, Supporting Professionalism in Admissions, Higher Education Statistics Agency and National Union of Students. The main part of the meeting focused on a new project proposal from AccessHE, Impact London, which offers to support rigorous evaluation of member HEIs’ outreach projects and disseminate findings to collectively advocate outreach work. The group also continued its planning for training for colleagues and reviewed how this could be delivered.

A draft agenda can be found here.
