Maria – Programme leader for BA (Hons) Early Years education. Her experience and area of specialism is children and families with a keen interest and passion in understanding behaviour – the psychology – ‘why we do what we do’. She is passionate about helping others to be the best they can be; supporting them with understanding their Self and their actions through reflexive practice. Helping students to become more self-aware; developing their confidence in a democratic and facilitative learning environment where voices are heard, respected and acted upon to allow for all learning styles to be fostered.
