Mature and Part-Time Students forum

This forum meeting will (likely) feature:

 – External speaker

Student Loans Company presenting on funding updates for mature learners

– Mature student – university experience as an Access student 

A Brunel University student to present on a Facebook page set up for M&PT students. We are still seeking another student for this and would really appreciate Forum support. Please get in touch with Tanyel and Karen to invite a mature student from your institution to share their experiences.

– Forum themes and outputs 2019-20

Please vote, as a discussion cannot take place without your input. Ideation session on the top three, as voted or by the forum in the Doodle poll

– Marina English – visit to Lifelong Learning Centre Leeds

Feeding into a Forum discussion on Lib Dem’s report  on lifelong learning. Members are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the report ahead of the meeting.

– Resource sharing table

A section for colleagues to share useful news/updates in the M&PT space with the Forum.

– AOB

AccessHE/Chair to share brief updates on a Forum project proposal.

– Future dates/times for meetings in 2019/20
