Arts Emergency

June 21, 2016

With the many challenges facing young people looking to follow a creative pathway, AccessHE’s Arts and Design forum identified the opportunity for widening participation teams to work collaboratively with cultural partners and other networks. With this is mind our chair, Samantha Perez-Lumbreras of Rose Bruford College, and our network coordinator recently met with Arts Emergency to learn more about their work in widening participation and see how we could work together in the future.

Could you join Arts Emergency? There are hundreds of members working in TV, film, music, art, academia, law, architecture, activism, comedy, journalism, publishing, design and theatre. These wonderful volunteers have signed up to defend diversity in public life, create privilege for those without privilege and keep the doors of the university open to all.
