University Information Day for Disabled and Dyslexic Learners

This event aims to give disabled and dyslexic learners a better understanding of university life and study. Attendees will have the opportunity to:

    • Visit a university and hear from universities themselves about the support they offer learners with disabilities and dyslexia.
    • Listen to current disabled students from across London talk about their own experiences with university life.
    • Find out more information about the needs assessment, disabled students’ allowance and free assistive technology.

Who should attend?

The event is targeted at disabled and dyslexic learners in Years 12, 13, those in further education and on Access to HE courses, as well as parents/carers and teachers/school staff.

If you are a teacher or member of school or college staff and wish to book a number of places, please get in touch using the contact email address below. Groups must be accompanied by a member of staff.

Attendance is FREE but you must book a place in order to attend. Lunch and refreshments are provided. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
