Graeae – a force for change in world-class theatre

AccessHE last week met with Jodi Alissa Bickerton, Creative Learning Director at Graeae, to discuss our plans for the Arts & Design network, to see how we could work together and to learn more about Graeae’s work.

Graeae champions accessibility and provides a platform for new generations of Deaf and disabled talent through the creation of trail-blazing theatre, at home and internationally.  This year six young Deaf & disabled artists will form the next generation of actors through Graeae Theatre Company’s first Ensemble programme, working in partnership with leading drama schools.
