AccessHE Creative Apply Guide – 6 months on

Six months on from the launch of the AccessHE Creative Apply Guide, the AccessHE Creative Forum is delighted to announce the relaunch of the AccessHE Creative website.  

The website has now been modified to compliment and supplement the supplement the guide, following its structure and providing a regularly updated set of resources, opportunities and signposts.  

In the same vein as the AccessHE Creative HE Apply Guide, the new AccessHE Creative website aims to provide prospective students with information concerning the creative industries and careers and with practical financial advice. The website also offers institutional profiles and up to date course listings arranged by broad subject categories.  

Students and their teachers will also be able to access information advice and guidance concerning the UCAS, UCAS Conservatoires and direct applications – including a summary of which institutions operate through direct applications and quick links to their advice pages. In addition, the website provides information regarding the development of portfolios and showreels, and interview and audition advice with signposts to fee waivers and similar financial aids.  

The new AccessHE Creative website will guide students through the application process, from initial choices to final decision making. We have also developed a section dedicated to schools and teachers including teaching resources, in class and external activities and CPD events.   

Additional materials to support the website and the guide, such as worksheets, are currently under development and will be online soon– so check back regularly!
